You must be at least 18 years old to use ROT Invest. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Accounts created with false information will be terminated immediately.
ROT Invest offers structured investment plans with defined durations and daily return rates. Returns are credited daily to your wallet. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. All investment plans are subject to the terms described at the time of subscription.
All deposits must be made through approved channels only. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as stated on the withdrawal page. Withdrawal processing times vary by method (bank: up to 24 hours, crypto: up to 1 hour). ROT Invest reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security verification.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with anyone. You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud. Any suspicious activity will result in immediate account suspension.
The referral program rewards you for bringing verified, active investors to the platform. Referral bonuses are credited only when the referred user makes their first qualifying deposit. ROT Invest reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
Coupons and promotional codes are issued at our discretion, are non-transferable, and may have expiry dates and minimum deposit requirements. Abuse of coupon systems will result in account suspension.
ROT Invest reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other users. In such cases, pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
ROT Invest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have deposited, minus any withdrawals already made.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
